DESTIN, FL — Former NASCAR champion, Dale Jarrett, will be the featured speaker at the Southeastern Vending Association (SEVA) 2014 Convention on August 5-7 in Destin, Fla. The event, hosted by SEVA with support by NAMA, will be held once again at the Sandestin Resort and will feature a robust lineup of education, networking, social and family events, including dinner with special guest, Dale Jarrett. Jarrett is a retired NASCAR race car driver, NASACAR Hall of Famer and current ABC/ESPN sports commentator. Jarrett plans to speak about his real life experiences, from his early short track days of NASCAR racing to today’s corporate boardrooms. His speech will include the values instilled in him at an early age by his NASCAR champion father and the art of becoming a champion in life, beyond the racetrack.

Dale said that there’s a lot of different ways to live your life but there’s only one right way and that’s to live for the Lord. Jarrett said of his faith, “It is my faith in the Lord that has gotten me through the loss of Dale Earnhardt. I believe Dale is in a better place, we are all going to that better place when you have Christ in your life. It’s that faith that gets me through, knowing Dale had a wonderful life and that he believed in Christ.”
