BAXLEY, GA. — Retired Atlanta Falcons head coach, Dan Reeves, was the guest speaker on March 27 at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall in Baxley, GA. Coach Reeves spoke about his career and how Jesus Christ has influenced his life. The FCA Vision is to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches. All proceeds from the event went to benefit the mission of the FCA in the Tri-County area.

“In the past year we have been able to greatly increase the impact that FCA ministry has had in the Tri-County ARea by seeing coaches and teachers participate in bible study, sending coaches and students to FCA camps, and maintaining active campus huddles in all three counties, distributing bibles to athletes, and instilling team chaplains,” said Heather Thompson, FCA Rep. “God has bless this ministry in such abundance this past year and thanks to donations and participation at the annual banquet, we are excited to see what He has in store.”
