RINGGOLD, GA – Former University of Tennessee (UT) Football Head Coach, Hall of Famer and college football TV analyst Phillip Fulmer will be the keynote speaker at the FCA Road to Victory Banquet to be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. The fundraising event is scheduled to occur at at 6:30 p.m. and will be hosted by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Phillip Fulmer is a former football player and coach who was head coach for the University of Tennessee football team from 1992 to 2008. Fulmer held a record of 21 wins which was the second-highest number wins for any head coach in Tennessee history behind coach Robert Neyland. Fulmer was also the third coach in UT history to win a national championship in 1998. Phillip Fulmer has earned numerous awards and accomplishments including AFCA Coach of the Year for 1998, Eddie Robinson Coach of the Year for 1998 as well as the George Munger Award for 1998. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2012. He was also a sports analyst for the CBS College Sports Network including the SEC Postgame Show and other programs. He is a devout Christian and speaks about faith, family and football.
