The film’s premiere is scheduled to occur on Sunday, January 8th 2017 at the Mahaffey Theater, 400 1st Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. The film will also be telecast live to over 400 nationwide theaters on the same night.

According to The Gospel Herald Life article, Bowden spoke about how he was raised as a Christian:

“I was raised a Christian, I had a Christian mother and father who took me to church every Sunday morning and night, and every time the doors opened me and my sister had to go. I was raised with that background.”

Bobby Bowden is the former head college football coach of the Florida State University Seminoles. Bowden was awarded the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Award for 1980. He received the Walter Camp Coach of the Year Award for 1991. In 1992 Coach Bowden received the United States Sports Academy’s Amos Alonzo Stagg Coaching Award in recognition of his outstanding achievement as a coach. Bowden lead the Florida State Seminoles to two national championships for years 1993 and 1999.
