Track & field legend, Jackie Joyner-Kersee, is scheduled to give the keynote address at Southwestern Illinois College’s graduation ceremonies on May 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the SWIC Belleville campus Varsity Gym. She will be joined by Ralph Korte, who will deliver the keynote address for the GED certification ceremony on May 14.
